The most important thing is that the material you select has an appropriate resistance to heat so it will not crack or fade when exposed to direct sunlight--typically, we recommend using stainless steel which we can seamlessly integrate into the other features around the outdoor kitchen. Most importantly, you don't want those rainy days to ruin the sunny ones, so the material you select needs an appropriate degree of water-resistance as well.

Faucet: You will need to choose a faucet that is appropriate for outdoor use. Ceramic, brass and copper materials are all good options--you may also want to install a back-flow prevention device on the fixture as well if it's located near your water supply line so any excess water doesn't seep into the water line and contaminate your fresh water.

Outdoor Grill Table: There are a lot of different options for these--such as using wood, metal or even stone pieces to place your food on. Don't think too hard on this one, follow the recommendations for the countertop and your grill table will be all good!
